A Listed Gateway publishes on its site the following information available for general public:

1. Terms of Services
2. All pricing information
3. Names and links to profiles of top managers
4. List of all legal entities accepting payments and disbursing payments with addresses and registration information
5. Monthly statement of audited outstanding Ripple balances

The Gateways sites must be certified with an Extended Validation Certificate The information shall be posted at http://www.xrpga.org/gateways Disclosure standards for other Business categories are being elaborated.
